In 2025, the Company invested in Tangshan Hongsheng Metal Materials Co., Ltd., located in Tangshan, Hebei Province, China, and acquired a 10% equity interest in the company. The project has a total planned investment of approximately USD 300 million and aims to establish high-end coated steel sheet production lines with an annual production capacity of 3 million tonnes within five years.

At the same time, XUSTEEL is actively planning investments in warehousing, logistics, and steel processing centers in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Ghana, and other international markets.
